Collapsed HubSpot's three overlapping AI entry points into one configurable Breeze Assistant. Found 86% of new projects had no knowledge attached and rebuilt creation around templates. Weekly project chats doubled in the two weeks after V2 shipped.
AI-First Onboarding
Redesigned HubSpot's Pro onboarding around an agentic intake that turns a customer's goal into a personalised plan, validated against a golden eval set built from 100 real onboarding-specialist calls. HubSpot's #1 2025 product priority.
Mobile Reporting
Built mobile dashboard reporting from scratch at HubSpot, targeting sales leaders. Grew to 55k weekly users - 1 in 5 mobile users. Retention improved from 27% to 43%.

Personal
Tennis club SaaS with 148 clubs and 40,000 match records live in production. Built by orchestrating 12 AI specialists, then making the product calls they couldn't.
Dublin's Indian events are scattered across Eventbrite, temple homepages, promoter box offices and Instagram posters. Indify scrapes 20 sources every week, reads posters with Claude vision, and dedupes it all into one list of 129 upcoming events.
The Arena
Winter tennis ladder for a local club. Interviewed 5 committee members before building, then shipped a custom matchmaking algorithm unique to club tennis. 2K visitors, 118 completed matches. Learnings became laceup.club.
Serve Slots
Event booking app with waitlist management for tennis socials. 413 bookings across 37 events, 101 unique players since launch. Core features now live in laceup.club.
